Merry Christmas

We have finished our second half term and have broken up ready for Christmas.  The learning took on a different form with lots of DT and RE happening.  We also continued our PSD work on choices by deciding what we were going to make and watch.

On Tuesday we had a party day.  In the morning we went to our sensory room to see a special man in red. As we had all been so good this year we got a gift from him.  This was followed by a buffet party lunch.  In the afternoon we split into different groups based on our needs.  The majority of us went into the hall for a disco and games with the rest of the school.  Some went to sixth form and took part in a special Christmas sensory story.   The others had their own party in the swimming pool.

Wednesday afternoon we went to a special assembly to say goodbye to Lesley.  We had our usual carols and other Christmas fun but did have a couple of surprises for Lesley.

We hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy new year.

We will look forward to hearing all about all the pupils holiday adventures when we return
